He co-ordinates the media &amp; technology program of De Balie, the centre for culture and politics in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.<\/p>\n<p>He has been involved in a number of important new media culture events including the Next 5 Minutes Festival of Tactical Media, net.congestion \u2013 international festival of streaming media, the art \/ media \/ urban intervention project Debates &amp; Credits, and more recently the international Economies of the Commons conference.<\/p>\n<p>Recent publications of his include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delusive Spaces \u2013 Essays on Culture, Media, and Technology,<br \/>\nNAi Publishers \/ Institute of Network Cultures, 2008<\/li>\n<li>The Book of Imaginary Media, De Balie \/ NAi Publishers, 2006<\/li>\n<li>The theme issue Hybrid Space, Open #11 \u2013 Journal about Art and the Public Domain, SKOR \/ NAi Publishers, 2006.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><a>Tania Goryucheva<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nOrganizer, researcher, lecturer in the field of digital (new) media, media culture and art. Founding director of the Cool Mediators Foundation \u2013 research and development organization specialized in interactive communication tools and social software design.<\/p>\n<p>She worked for De Balie \u2013 Center for Culture and Politics (Amsterdam), Moscow organizations MediaArtLab, TV Gallery, Russian Institute for Cultural Studies, as well as a freelancer, and participated in international media culture events as well as network initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>She has been teaching as a visiting lecturer at the Interactive Media and Environments Department of Frank Mohr Institute in Groningen, University of Groningen, DasArts \u2013 MA program for Advanced Studies in the Performing Arts of Amsterdam School of the Arts.<\/p>\n<p>She publishes as a writer, editor and critic. She is co-editor and co-author of Debates &amp; Credits. Media \/ Art \/ Public Domain, De Balie, Amsterdam, 2003, and Anthology of Russian Video Art, MediaArtLab, Moscow, 2002.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.rachelodwyer.com\"><strong>Rachel O\u2019Dwyer<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nRachel O\u2019Dwyer is currently studying for an m.phil in music and media technologies in TCD.
